The model 67 was introduced in 1972 at around serial number 2K55997. The full serial number is found on the butt of the grip frame. You will have to remove the grips to see it.This is a Pre-model 17 K-22 Masterpiece. For old S&W 22's listing it as a model K-22 is adequate for the model number. It should have "Made in USA" or a 4 line trade mark stamp like this one, stamped on the right side over the trigger guard.
