I'm on my 3rd run, and Felogyr's Fireworks is still probably one of the most annoying, buggy area in the game. The fight itself - absolute slog - and not because of number of enemies or their strength, but because they take forever to decide to even take a dash action. I have pickpocketed and read "Installation report" which is an item in orange border which should mean it is a quest item.
