Orb of Storms+Lightning Conduit might be the cheapest answer! Theory. Orb of storms shoots once as it is laid down up to three targets and chains if you get the mastery, and you can prolif shocks through your mastery too. And as a bonus every consecutive usage of lightning conduit will automatically proc orb of storms to shock again.20M lightning conduit DPS: Our goal is to create a well-balanced build rather than 100M+ DPS glass cannon. This damage is more than enough to handle even the most difficult content in game. 75% attack block chance: Pure block chance, NOT with Glancing Blows. (trigger cooldown + Lightning Conduit cast time) / (100% + increased cooldown recovery) whereas the Lightning Conduit cast time is affected by modifiers to cast speed. I haven't tested multiplicative modifiers like the essence modifier on gloves, but I'd be surprised if it didn't work, and I haven't tested ... As for links, I would suggest: Arc -> Overcharge -> Unbound Ailments -> Chain. I have been toying around in the PoB getting rid of some Lightning damage notes and adding minion damage notes and the Spiritual Aid note. It is possible to add alot of damage to the golems without loosing damage yourself. Lightning Conduit . Bit of a POE noob and picked up lightning conduit this league. It feels pretty good, I did noticed however lots of people are running storm brand with unbound ailments. When I equip storm brand with unbound instead of the new overcharge support my max shocks seem to drop a lot. Am I missing something?. Tabyana

Basic shock cap is 50%, and 65% with the lightning mastery. It can go higher, but only if you use Voltaxic Rift or Shock Nova, but I wouldn't recommend those for LC.
